2010 Breeding Fee: $300.00 / Booking Fee: $100.00 (Non refundable fee, due at signing of contract. Amount is subtracted from the Breeding Fee.)

Shipped Cooled Semen Fee: $325.00 per event (to be paid in advance)

Services subject to the following:

1. Mare shall be in a healthy and sound breeding condition.

2. If the mare aborts or fails to conceive, rebreed privileges will be available.

3. Live Foal Guarantee: Shall pertain only to Mares that are pronounced Safe in Foal by a Veterinarian within 90 days after the last breeding date. A copy of this report must be received by Stoneman Quarter Horses within 120 days after the last breeding date or the Live Foal Guarantee will be null and void. A "Live Foal" is defined as one that will stand and nurse. If the Foal dies at birth, the Mare Owner agrees to furnish Stoneman Quarter Horses a veterinarian's certificate describing the occurrence within 7 days of the occurrence. In such a case, rebreed privileges will be available.

4. If the mare dies or becomes unfit to breed, the Mare Owner may substitute a mare. Rebreed privileges will be available.

5. Rebreed Privileges: Privileges of rebreed are only available for the following breeding season. The breeding fee will not be refunded. If the Mare Owner fails to return the following year, then any and all fees paid shall be forfeited, the right to rebreed is canceled and Stoneman Quarter Horses is released from all obligation of this contract.

6. If the above the Stallion, Poco Clint Grande, deceases or becomes unfit for service for any reason, then this contract will be null and void. Both parties are relieved of any further obligation. Any monies paid by the Mare Owner toward the Breeding Fee, with the exception of the non-refundable Booking Fee that is included, shall be refunded to the Mare Owner.

7. A semen shipment includes the collection, evaluation, and preparation of the semen and the delivery to the courier (FedEx, UPS or Counter to Counter Airline) and all of the shipping charges. Stoneman Quarter Horses will pay all shipping charges and shipping insurance for delivery of the semen shipment container. In addition to the breeding fee the following semen collection fees and late charges may apply.

	a. New Contract: All shipped cooled semen fees must be paid in advance by the Mare Owner at a rate of $325.00 per event to Stoneman Quarter Horses, 4655 Hyline Road, Ontario, Oregon 97914, phone: (208) 707-6625
	b. Rebreed:* All shipped cooled semen fees must be paid in advance by the Mare Owner at $325.00 per event.*
	c. The Outback Stallion Station shipping container must be returned and received by Outback Stallion Station within 7 days of received shipment or a $25.00 per day late fee will be charged. A fee of $250.00 will be assessed if the container is not returned.
	d. Counter to Counter Airline, Sunday, Holiday, and International Shipping may be subject to additional fees.

8. Breeding Arrangements

		a. The breeding fee, non-refundable booking fee, and collection fee must be paid to Stoneman Quarter Horses before semen is shipped.
		b. Stoneman Quarter Horses only assumes responsibility to ship semen in viable condition and shall not be held liable for contamination of semen during and after shipment, loss of viability or any costs arising from shipments delayed, damaged or lost in transit.
		c. The Stallion will be collected on a schedule. It is the Mare Owner's responsibility to contact Stoneman Quarter Horses and become advised of that schedule.
		d. The Mare Owner must give 24 hour advance notice to Stoneman Quarter Horses prior to shipment. All shipment requests must be cancelled by 8:00 AM (MST) the day of the shipment.
		e. Every effort will be made by Stoneman Quarter Horses to accommodate your mare's breeding time. However, mares at the farm have priority.

9. The Mare Owner agrees to comply with all appropriate Breed registry requirements concerning the use of cooled semen. Consequently, it is the Mare Owner's responsibility to return the signed Semen Collection/Insemination Certificate to Stoneman Quarter Horses and a signed copy to the registry.

10. A Breeder's Certificate will be issued for the foal when the mare has produced a live foal from this breeding and all expenses have been paid in full.
